Sphere Digital Recruitment find candidates for UI designer roles on a permanent and contract basis and also candidates for graduate UI designer roles and UI designer internships.
UI designers work closely with the Head of Product to visualise innovative user journeys and to produce wireframes and prototypes. UI Designers also translate wireframes into beautiful, intuitive and functional web experiences that wow the user and collaborate with the teams working closely with front-end engineers to execute the designs into smoothly working interfaces.
UI Designers evaluate user feedback and suggest improvements to optimise the existing journeys, create prototypes for A/B and user testing, collect and analyse user feedback and research best practices and suggest UX and UI solutions that improve conversions and user engagement
Attributes of UI Designers
- Experience in creating web user interfaces for consumer or e-commerce websites
- Fluent in responsive design mobile/tablet
- Hands-on experience in working with agile teams in fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, proven ability to influence team members and management.
- Outstanding team player, flexible and collaborative.
- Proficient user of all the latest software
- Understanding of basic code
