Technical Account Management

The role of a Technical Account Manager focuses primarily on the training, onboarding, monitoring, and general tech support of clients which standard account managers provide. Technical Account Managers are also responsible for responding to, and resolving, complicated ad operations and platform integration escalations.

Technical Account Manager Roles

Technical Account Managers provide a vital bridge between non-technical account managers and technical engineers.
