The Role

As Paid Social Account Director, your responsibilities will include:

• Complete ownership of client relationships from a paid social perspective, acting as an escalation point for senior client stakeholders
  
• Manage a small team of junior team members
• Project managing the output of junior team members ensuing the highest possible standards are met
• Delivering annual plans and forecasts to the highest possible accuracy
• Delegating work and holding regular team and individual catch ups
• Contributing to the recruitment process of the team
• Creating case studies and award entries to help grow the recognition of the team
• Actively seeking out new betas and opportunities for your clients

You will have:

• At least 4 years' experience working across paid social campaigns
  
• Experience working across all major social media platforms
• Experience managing people
• Evidence for strong technical, numerical and interpretive skills, with the ability to analyse and optimise against platform datasets
• Ability to work independently, with strong time management and organisational skills
