A brilliant media events based business is looking to expand their sponsorship programme delivery team by hiring a mid weight Project Manager to support a busy time of year for them. The team is responsible for the day to day management and delivery of multiple revenue generating event and sponsorship products, programmes, and services. As PM on this team you would work across events and very closely with the sales and delivery focused teams to help manage current programmes of work and their events portfolio.

The Sponsorship Programme Manager role will suit someone highly organised from a Project Management background, who has good client handling experience. You will have epic attention to details and be focus, and a brilliant communicator. You will have previous Project Management experience and a track record of coordinating different internal departments and manage external clients. You will have the ability to competently multi-task, work in a fast moving environment and turn things around quickly. The Sponsorship Programme Manager will be a collaborative team player


As the Sponsorship Programme Manager you will be the lead person and client handler. You will be leaned upon as a subject matter expert for sponsorship products and programmes.

You'll lead the development, implementation, and on-site delivery of a sponsorship products

You will make sure programme KPIs are hit

You will make sure clients are happy and objectives are being met.

You will help to lead cross-functional team- virtually and in person.

You will help manage a portfolio of event

You will have brilliant relationship building experience.

You will ensure all deliverables are assigned and actioned via the Salesforce

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Project Management experience
  • Campaign management experience
  • A B2B and B2C background ideally
  • Good knowledge and understanding of events, partnerships and sponsorship programmes.
  • You will be a brilliant relationship builder
  • A good technical understanding of programmes such as SalesForce, Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
