Sphere Digital Recruitment have partnered with a data-first and AI-centric company, which offers AI-powered digital assistants that brands can use to engage and advise millions of consumers to help them find the perfect products and service. They are a global company with 8 offices worldwide and are looking to strengthen their position in the DACH market. They have worked with over 150 premium brands and retailers in more than 80 countries including Canon, Microsoft, Amazon and Sky.
They are now looking for a fluent/native German speaker that can consistently attain sales targets and succeed in a start-up environment.to join them as an Account Executive in a remote-based role.
As an Account Executive, your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively generating new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, event participation and networking
- Developing account plans and sales strategies for key accounts in the DACH market
- Developing a strong understanding of the needs of potential new clients
- Leading negotiations and finalising client’s contracts
- Establishing and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships (in partnership with the Customer Success Team)
- You are native/fluent German speaker and business fluent in English
- You have a Bachelor or Master’s Degree in a STEM subject (Science, Technology, Economics or Mathematics)
- You have between 6 months to 3 years of relevant Sales experience in the SaaS industry/ experience selling SaaS solutions
- Proven experience in a MarTech, FinTech, agency, consulting or start-up environment is a plus
- You have exceptional customer relationship skills
- You have enthusiasm for networking, presentation and pitching
