Account Executive Lead Manager - Marketing Tech, SaaS, Reward, Ecommerce. Up to £70k + £30k bonus

I am working with a great company that are soon to be the leaders of the loyalty market offering flexible loyalty solutions to affluent markets.

Their products are in demand as their clients are always looking to understand and encourage purchasing habits and rewarding loyal customers. This company's purchase intelligence software is key to brands and retailers increasing their sales.

Working with 9000 clients including Vitabiotics, Skinny Dip and Dermalogica, this company are in a great position and are looking for an AE Manager to manage a small team within a fun, flexible working culture.

The Job

As Account Executive Lead Manager, you are responsible for:

  • Managing a small team of driven junior AE's
  • Coaching, mentoring and motivating a team of 3
  • Working alongside two sales managers
  • Helping with the upselling and renewals with clients
  • Managing a book of 1000 clients


  • 3-5 years sales experience in the UK SaaS or Martech space with at least 1 year of closing experience and team management experience
  • Have reached targets of at least £400k
  • Customer service focussed, with experience of selling and renewing contracts with existing clients
  • Keen to upsell and build accounts, keeping in contact with clients
  • Process and metrics driven and keen to teach various sales methodologies
  • Good longevity in roles highlighting you've had consistent success, at least 1/2 years in each company
  • Have regularly hit your annual quota
  • Have experience at handling online demos, F2F client meetings, putting briefs together and renewing contracts.
