Account Executive (Sales) Role - Legal Digital Transformation SaaS

Up to £80k base / double OTE

This technology is changing the way companies manage their legal processes, digitally transforming one of the last spaces that needs to catch up to the 21st century.

Companies likes Bosche, Coca-Cola, Philips, Ikea and Whirlpool all use it to give visibility, command and control over their legal records.

They're 300 globally, 100 in the UK and 11 in the sales team with only 1 in this team there is loads of market to sell to and career growth.

  • Hybrid x1 a week in the office

Role

  • 360 sales - you will have SDR support but you should also have control of your own pipeline and be adding to it yourself
  • New business - focused on winning complete new logos
  • Mid to Enterprise sales - winning large companies who have a need for this product
  • Forecasting - be able to accurately pledge your deals and track your pipeline
  • Circa 650k P/A target closing 50k+ deals
  • Sell into legal and financial teams - understand the challenges of this and overcome them
  • Selling into different types of organisations like retail, CPG, finance, tech ect

Requirements

  • At least 2 years closing SaaS deals, ideally 3-4 years SaaS sales experience with a couple more as an SDR in SaaS
  • Must have experience with 40k+ deals and an annual quota of at least 400k ideally >500k
  • Strong sales process - using something like Meddpic or challenger sales
  • Can accurately forecast your pipeline
  • You have a growth mindset, you are constantly thinking of increased performance
  • Experienced at generating your own pipeline and happy to keep doing it
  • Good longevity in roles
  • Ideally have sold into legal teams and sold legal tech (not a need to have but will help your application a lot!)
  • Experience within the UK market
  • Hybrid work from home/ office base - it will be 1 day in the central London office
