The Job

As an Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • You will own the relationships with clients; partnering with our sales and implementation teams on integrations
  • Collaborate with internal sales, implementation, and technical account management teams to ensure new clients successfully onboard
  • Drive product adoption, upsells, and renewals through a deep understanding of client needs and consultative execution
  • With our true enterprise infrastructure, you will need to bring a consultative mindset to the role in order to manage client relationships across a variety of customer stakeholders, including the C-suite
  • Organize and host strategic planning sessions with clients' senior leadership and day-to-day operators to garner feedback and drive organizational alignment
  • Organize and host sales enablement sessions with clients to ensure their go-to-market teams are able to fully leverage the benefits of the platform


  • More than 2 years of customer-facing or account management experience in the AdTech industry
  • Demonstrated interest in AdTech
  • Exude comfort and confidence in dealing directly with AdTech firms
  • Ability to deal with complex customers requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a meticulous attention to detail conducting presentations to customers as you will be doing QBRs with them
  • A strong learning curve with the ability to understand a customer's needs on both the business and technical sides
  • A passion for customer success and track record of happy, growing customers
