This is a purely Account Management/ Client Services and multichannel role. Please note this is a majority remote role- however the team would like people ideally based in Bristol/ Cardiff, as there will be regular client visits in this area.
This role is based within a small family run but growing agency. They're completely full service and this role will involve taking client briefs and working with teams across the agency to manage their delivery.
Teams you could work with include predominantly digital channels as this is where clients spend the most, but also will involve working in a hands off capacity with teams in TV, Radio, OOH, Content Marketing, Press and more... As it's a small team there's lots of opportunity to get to know everyone and have flexibility in your role.
Clients will be discussed with you but so far they have discussed clients in the tourism and retail space. The team believes in investing in whatever relevant training and development opportunities you need.
Please bear in mind when things return to normal you will be expected to head to the office HQ for biweekly visits and you will be heading for client visits in Cardiff and Llantrissant.
- Experienced Account Manager having gained your marketing experience from a media/digital, data, CRM, or integrated agency
- Understanding of digital marketing with at least two years in this space
- Confident communicator with excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Commercially aware
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities at once
