Account Manager - FMCG Marketing Tech SaaS- £30,000 to £38,000 Plus Bonus

Our client is a growing Marketing technology business that is looking to strengthen its Account Management team after winning some new clients. Their tech improves conversionsfor FMCG clients, and are in an extremely profiable market right now.

The have a fast growing team here in Central London, managing clients across North America and EMEA that you will be covering.

Now's a chance to join the business in the core part of this growth, working with some fantastic brands globally in a fun and exciting account management team!

The Role

  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients
  • Onboarding and management of clients usage of the tech platform
  • Identifying areas of the tech that clients could be using better
  • Identifying cross and up sell opportunities for your portfolio, and working with the sales team to implement these
  • Develop relationships with senior contacts your clients
  • Managing retention of your portfolio as well as retaining your accounts
  • Analysing usage data and providing insights back to you clients with lots of client contact


  • 2-4 years account management and/or Ad Tech experience with a tech or SaaS background
  • Experience managing global accounts, and growinig these portfolios
  • Cross sellling and up selling experience
  • A strong understanding of Media or Marketing
  • An ambitious and keen to learn attitude
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Heavy attention to detail
  • First class client service
  • Excellent communication skills and business writing
  • Effective project management skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Experience in taking ownership of a project and seeing it through to completion
  • Skilled negotiator
