Account Manager – Foodtech Start-up - Barcelona

My client is a fast growing foodtech start-up in the US.  It’s a very exciting time to join the business as they expand beyond their Spanish Markets!

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with restaurant and retail partners in Hamburg. You'll deliver a superb customer experience and assist with marketing efforts.

This is a very hand on and client facing role which would suit someone with similar experience in the food industry or FMCG.

 

 The Job

  • Be the face of the company and manage relationships with retail partners, from global chains to local boutiques
  • Help launch new partners on the platform and provide ongoing operational advice and customer support
  • Assist with the rollout of marketing campaigns and promotional activities, including events
  • Oversee operational metrics
  • Use customer feedback to suggest improvements to the platform

 

You

  • 3+ years’ sales, account management or operations management experience
  • Experience in the food industry or FMCG is highly desirable
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in German and English is essential
