The Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with restaurant and retail partners in Hamburg. You'll deliver a superb customer experience and assist with marketing efforts.
This a very hands on and client facing role which would suit someone with similar experience in the food industry or FMCG.
- Be the face of the company and manage relationships with retail partners, from global chains to local boutiques
- Help launch new partners on the platform and provide ongoing operational advice and customer support
- Assist with the rollout of marketing campaigns and promotional activities, including events
- Oversee operational metrics
- Use customer feedback to suggest improvements to the platform
- 3+ years’ sales, account management or operations management experience
- Experience in the food industry or FMCG is highly desirable
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Fluency in German and English is essential
