This role is based with a fast-growing HubSpot Platinum certified agency partner who focus on producing marketing campaigns for the recruitment sector. Having identifies such a niche in the business, the agency has done an amazing job of growing, despite the current situation, by growing from 26 to 40 clients this year alone.

They have grown part their start up phase, with plans to expand in Australia early next year, but retained their ambitious culture. Therefore, they welcome ideas from everyone who joins, at every level.

They offer totally remote working and believe in total flexibility e.g., they have people who travel and work from South Africa, The U.S. and even Barbados. They also offer 5% commission on any successful upsells by their AMs.

The Role:

  • You will share ideas on building new campaigns for your clients and optimise current campaigns
  • Leading building of Accelo plans and ensuring they are created on time
  • Facilitating the timely creation and delivery of briefs across a range of marketing channels - particularly the production on content such as blogs and podcasts.
  • Building and reviewing campaigns on HubSpot/ CMS
  • Reporting to results to the AD and proactively coming up with solutions on any challenges you face
  • Nurturing the relationship with clients and other members within the team (AE and other core delivery members)

You:

  • You have account management experience of at least 2 years, preferably within a hub spot agency.
  • You will be working with senior members of recruitment companies, who are usually lively and passionate about the businesses they have built. They will be looking to speak to articulate, enthusiastic communicators who can translate complex ideas into actionable insights.
  • You enjoy fast paced and ambitious environments, and you have an entrepreneurial mindset! You are eager to make your mark in a team that is keen on hearing your ideas.
  • You can identify upselling opportunities to existing clients
  • You are happy to work autonomously, in a predominantly remote environment
