Account Manager/Customer Success Manager - PR, Media and Social Research SaaS- £30,000 Plus £20-40K Bonus

Our client is a growing Marketing technology business that is looking to strengthen its Account Management team due to new client wins and also a new round of investment!

They work with clients of all sizes to allow them to understand their PR, Media and Social presence in the market. All SaaS but they are one of the absolute best at what they do!

Now's a chance to join the business in the core part of this growth, working with some fantastic brands globally in a fun and exciting account management team!

You'll be responsible for creating and building relationships purely with existing accounts, retaining clients and looking for expansion opportunities.

The Role

  • Act as a primary point of contact for your client portfolio of between 100-300 accounts. 20 of which will be your Key Accounts.
  • Understanding the capabilities and services of the business and how you can support them with your product
  • Develop relationships with senior contacts within your clients
  • Managing retention of your portfolio as well as identifying upsell and growth opportunities
  • Onboard new clients onto the tech platform
  • Deal with day to day queries of the product, contract and usability issues.

You

  • 1-2 years account management and/or PR/Media experience
  • Good commercial skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Heavy attention to detail
  • First class client service
  • Excellent communication skills and business writing
  • Effective project management skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Experience in taking ownership of a project and seeing it through to completion
  • Skilled negotiator
