The Job
As the Research Associate Director, your responsibilities will include:
- Lead on quantitative and qualitative research projects
- Run a team of researchers, including conducting appraisals, monitoring performance and developing a long term strategy for the team
- Act as the main point of contact with clients, maintaining strong relationships and delivering client presentations
- Write proposals to win new business
You
- 7+ years of experience in market research, ideally within the healthcare industry
- Significant experience in leading projects and effectively managing client relationships
- Experience leading on quantitative and qualitative research
- Line management experience is a big plus
- A desire to work on new business pitches and lead on business development
