Ad Operations Lead – Publisher - $85,000-$95,000 – Remote/NYC 


Join a global ad platform specializing in the gaming and entertainment industry! Helping to produce world class advertising and branded content solutions for major clients like Pokemon, Amazon Games, Sega, Nintendo and more!. Headquartered in the UK, this company is looking for an experienced Ad Ops specialist to join their US division.


The Role  

As Ad Operations Lead you will focus on troubleshooting, implementing campaigns, trafficking, and collaborate with the UK Ad Ops, Campaign Management, and Sales teams!  


Core Responsibilities:  

● Actively participate in the creation of custom proposal responses alongside the NA Sales team, which includes providing ad inventory forecasts, ad format selection, audience targeting recommendations, branded content ideas, etc.

● Liaison directly with clients for campaign preparation and execution.

● Management and setup of NA ad campaigns 

● Provide the highest level of customer service to both clients and internal teams 

● Work with Sales to recognize additional opportunities to unlock revenue.

● Ensure campaign timelines and deadlines are adhered to, while managing and organizing all campaign assets.


You: 

● Ability to problem solve quickly and proactively troubleshoot, execute, and launch campaigns

● Knowledge of 3rd party ad servers (Sizmek, Google DCM) and ad verification partners (IAS, DV, MOAT)

● Excellent project management skills, with the ability to collaborate and positively influence internal resources across the organization.

● Familiarity with display advertising, branded content, affiliate marketing, and lead generation.

● A self-motivated and positive attitude, with the ability to multi-task and learn quickly.


Major Plus:

● Existing relationships within the games and entertainment marketing space 

● Long term goal of managing a team of Campaign Managers

● Working knowledge Permutive DMP, Asana and Hubspot
