Our client is an award winning company who only launched 6 years ago and now have over 160 employees globally with offices across New York, Paris & London.  They were named by Forbes as a company to watch in 2017 and they haven’t disappointed. 

They have their own proprietary technology which analyses customer search data for some of the biggest brands in the world. 

They are continuing to scale out in New York and are looking for talented Programamtic Traders / Media Traders to join their growing New York team.


The Job

They are looking for someone to join their core Ad Operations team working in a great team optimizing programmatic campaigns, working close with client services and analytics teams on a daily basis.  They are ideally looking for someone with a strong technical understand of programmatic buying and RTB through major DSPs

  • Optimising multiple Search retargeting Display campaigns
  • Working alongside other Senior Ad Operations overseeing and helping train junior Ad operations members in the team.
  • Liaising closely with Client Services, Technology, Analytics and Sales Departments


  • Expertise around ROI advertising online
  • Clear communication skills
  • Excel skills (pivot tables being the main thing)
  • Experience using major DSPs (Turn, Mediamath, DBM and AppNexus preferable)
  • Strong Maths skills
  • Experience liaising with sales/agencies
  • Experience of managing a team/junior ad ops people
