Advertising Operations Director- New York - up to $150,000

As a specialist on the Ad Ops team some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee and manage the entire Ad Ops team, serve as the head of team and advise team members on strategy as they will be reporting to you
  • Set up and manage direct and programmatic digital advertising campaigns, focusing on timely, accurate implementations and full campaign delivery.
  • Ensure all creative asset specifications and ad policies are met before launch.
  • Accurately forecast available global inventory.
  • Monitor, analyze and optimize campaign performance against delivery and KPI objectives.

Your Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns.
  • Proven managerial experience- leading a team (preferably 4-5 years)
  • Proven experience with a variety of ad serving platforms (Google Ad Manager formerly DFP and Google Campaign Manager formerly DCM).
  • Familiarity with DV360, AdX, Facebook Ad Manager a plus.
  • Publisher side experience is a major plus
