Remote Customer Success Manager - DMP Start-Up - $110,000-120,000 base + $30K bonus and stock!

The Company
A leader in their market, this incredible Ad Tech business are a DMP who work with both Advertisers and Publishers to better monetize their content or bring them more quality data to target their audiences.
Their revolutionary technology has brought multiple rounds of funding and some very impressive global growth which is not slowing down!
They're looking for either people from an Ad Tech background who want to move into more of a SaaS environment or people from SaaS who have an understanding of the advertising industry.
It's an incredible opportunity to join a start-up that will no doubt have more and more huge amounts of growth in the coming months and years.
The Role
As an Account Manager/Customer Success Manager, you will:
- Work with a portfolio of Enterprise Publishers and Advertisers, managing their use of the technology and being responsible for their success
- Work directly with them on engagement of the DMP
- Build relationships with multiple stakeholders in your clients businesses
- Be responsible for retention and growth of your clients spend
- Work closely with product to improve the product using your customer feedback
- Progress quickly into more Enterprise roles and even management
You
- 2 or more years working either at an Ad Tech business or in a SaaS environment with a good understanding of Advertising.
- Ideally have experience previously managing publishers or advertising agencies
- Technical understanding of the ad tech ecosystem is great
- A great relationships builder
- Determination and creative mindset to build out a market leading solution
- A great work ethic to join a fast growing start up
- Another language, especially Spanish is a big plus
