This company is one of the fastest growing consumer Tech start-ups in Germany. With head quarters in Berlin, they currently operate in 15 International markets.
They are the market leader and their innovative technology has helped millions of customers globally. Due to huge recent funding, they are planning to rapidly grow their Marketing Team and as such, are seeking an Affiliate Lead to help lead this expansion. This role will involve managing and scaling a large team, so it is essential that the successful candidate has experience doing this.
- Lead the global Affiliate strategy
- Manage the current team and grow the team by another 6 heads
- You are the group know how holder, the go to person for affiliate strategy and optimisation, tracking, automation and innovation
- You regular update with local teams to ensure plans execution and knowledge sharing
- You benchmark and report on performance
- Strategic expansion of the partner portfolio
- You will have experience managing and scaling teams
- Strong experience within affiliate marketing (4 years+)
- Very analytical and have a passion for working with numbers
- Great knowledge of 3rd party tools
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in Travel or Retail sectors is advantageous but not essential
