Agency Sales Manager/Director, New York City - SSP Programmatic Ad Tech - $90,000 - 130,000 base + Double OTE and benefits.

New York City based or Remote

The Company

As a leader in their space within AdTech, my client has created their own SSP that services the major Advertisers in the US with an emphasized focus on the Leading Agencies across the East Coast. Their AI tech and Cookieless solution collects first party data to ensure a complete privacy first solution.

This opportunity is rare and major as you'll be joining a small, rapidly growing sales team in the US as they're focusing on their expansion throughout the USA. You'll work closely with senior Sales people who will support and help you develop your network within the Programmatic industry, with a clear route into a Sales Director role with high earning potential!

They're looking for someone with strong Advertising and Programmatic knowledge who has a very relevant background in Agency Sales and or Publisher Sales and wants to be in the world of sales!

The Role

As an Agency Seller you will be:

  • Selling the company's innovative technology proposition to major advertising agencies and brands
  • Be the product expert and show the value of this to your clients regularly
  • Perform your own outreach to Advertisers across the US
  • Consulting and educating contacts on the benefits of the product and how it can impact their campaigns
  • Pitching to and meeting with Agency programmatic partners
  • Provide training and support to your clients using the technology
  • Attending various trade shows and events


  • Ambitious and driven self-starter
  • Good knowledge of Programmatic
  • Passionate about digital advertising and ad technology
  • Either have Agency Sales experience or will have worked in an Agency in some capacity
  • A knowledge of RTB, DSPs, Ad Exchanges
  • Knowledge of the digital ecosystem and digital advertising
  • Fun, personable and intelligent with a desire to get ahead!
