The Role
As the Analytics Director, you will:
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts, driving best practices in data analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into actionable insights that enhance campaign performance.
- Develop and implement advanced analytical models to inform strategic decision-making across media channels.
- Oversee the design and delivery of dashboards and reports that effectively communicate insights to both internal teams and clients.
- Ensure the integration of data analytics into all aspects of campaign planning and execution.
- Work closely with senior leadership to develop and refine the agency's overall data strategy.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, ensuring alignment on goals and expectations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the agency at the cutting edge of analytics.
You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Extensive experience in analytics, preferably within the media or digital marketing industry.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong expertise in data analysis tools and techniques, with a solid understanding of media metrics and KPIs.
- Proficiency in coding tools such as Python and SQL, with the ability to build and maintain complex data models.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner.
- A strategic mindset, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change.
