Working with some of the worlds biggest and best brands they have established themselves as market leader with their intelligent tech which allows companies to take control of their brand experiences for consumers.
They are rapidly growing across the UK and Europe, and looking to add passionate and enthusiastic people to the Customer Success team who have a desire to give the best possible experience for their portfolio of enterprise brands. You will be working on 15-20 brands across Europe focusing mainly on their fastest growing market in Germany!

- First line support across all clients
- Providing analysis and recommendations to these brands
- Work closely with the Sales and Client Success teams
- Prepare user training documents where necessary
- At least 1 year's experience in a Support or Client Services role
- Business fluent in Arabic & English
- Able to work well both independently and within a team
- Detail-orientated and well-organised
