Audience Insights Executive - Global Media Events Leader (£32,000 - £40,000)

The Company

An Audience Insights Executive role at a leading market-leading media and marketing service provider that work in cohesion with their Events team, who own the largest B2B Global Gaming event, ICE London.

The gaming Gaming Digital arm of the business have exciting yet ambitious plans to scale their existing Gaming digital business model, and diversify into other digital media products within the B2B Gaming space.

Over the next three years, they will be investing significantly in building out a fit for purpose operating model, leveraging and optimising their technology capability to deliver industry leading analytics and reporting to internal stakeholders and clients across the e-gaming and gambling space.

Technological innovation and customer growth in the Gaming space is rapid and their own B2B customers are looking for smarter solutions to lead generation, creating awareness of their brands and accessing business critical information on the sector to stay ahead of competition. This ambitious company is on a mission to become the number one growth partner of Gaming Companies Globally.

The Job

  • Support the commercial teams: memberships, subscriptions, sales with all audience related reports, queries, and ad hoc requests.
  • Champion audience and customer expertise and proactively seek better ways to collect and structure audience, customer and market insights.
  • Work with the Marketing Operations team to ensure that the regular reporting produced covers and anticipates current and future needs of commercial teams.
  • Leverage the reporting to modify and translate the data for specific needs, as required e.g. for sales pitches, campaign reports, case studies.
  • Keep the team up-to-date on their progress against audience related KPIs.


  • Strong experience with digital media and audience insights
  • Ideally a media/publisher background
