AV Lead/ Senior Account Director - Independent Agency - London

- Leading the team on the entertainment client patch. You will be the key point of contact for clients, internal teams and external agencies.
- Driving bespoke strategies for each client, regardless of budget, and ensure you are committed to negotiating the best deals for all clients.
- Educating clients, the wider team and agency on the latest developments in AV media channels, including sponsorship, CTV and Youtube.
- Full autonomy over your client accounts, including responsibility for performance and delivery against deals, audit criteria and finance.
- Managing, mentoring 5 more junior members of the team - helping them set and reach career goals and ensuring their development.
- Are experience in AV planning and buying, and looking to move into a more senior role in an agency.
- You are a creative thinker, with a focus on finding the best possible solutions for clients.
- Ability to challenge briefs, clients, and colleagues.
- Previous management experience.
- Strong numeracy, written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Are passionate about getting the best deals for clients.
