They are rapidly growing across the UK and Europe, and looking to add passionate and enthusiastic people to the Customer Success team who have a desire to give the best possible experience for their portfolio of enterprise brands. You will be working on 15-20 brands across Europe focusing mainly on their fastest growing market in Germany!

- Import and configure client data into this platform and provide consultative analysis & recommendations to the clients
- Plan, track and document status updates for each implementation project
- Collaborate with Sales and Client Success functions to ensure client satisfaction
- Delivert appropriate feedback to key stakeholders
- You will have at least 3 year's experience either in a Customer Service, a Operations, Project Management or Analyst role
- You will need be fluent of ideally native Arabic
- You have excellent written & comms skills
- You have advanced knowledge of Excel; ideally SQL
