Biddable Account Director (PPC/ Paid Social)



My client is a leading media planning and buying agency, part of the world's leading media network. They employ over 12,000 individuals across 100 global offices. They are also currently AdWeeks Media Agency of the Year.

About the role.

As an Associate Performance Director, you will sit in within the Performance team and oversee delivery of integrated performance campaigns for one of the agency's biggest clients, with a focus on Paid Search & Paid Social channels.

You will be working closely with the Performance Director to define and evolve the strategy that will help deliver your client's business objectives.

This role will lead a team of digital performance specialists, consisting of Account Managers, Senior Executives and Assistants. You will be responsible for your direct lines and more broadly organising the team to deliver best in class work for your client.

Your role is to organise, inspire and innovate across this team for the optimal output. You will serve as a core source of information for the wider agency and for your client. This role is integral to cross-channel knowledge sharing and contributing to channel integration across the agency.

Alongside this you'll have a keen sense of commercial awareness, helping identify revenue opportunities both within digital performance and broader opportunities from the agency's wider additional services.

Specific skills related to this role

This role requires an excellent strategic understanding of the digital performance ecosystem, with deeper knowledge of paid search & social

Expert in core channel - Google Ads (both traditional keyword targeting as well as new, automated features, specifically App Campaigns), Apple Search Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter

Ad tech experience with bid management platforms, analytics packages, and app tracking solutions

Strategic level understanding of all digital performance channels

Leadership & team management

Innovative thinking

Team organisation and attention to detail

Commercial understanding and grasp of broader agency additional services

Cross channel integration experience
