Business Development Director - Global Advanced Media & Marketing Agency
Up to £90k base / £150-160k OTE uncapped
Hybrid - 2-3 days in the central London office
This company are amazing and are going places, doing more than the traditional media agency - they act as true partners advising their clients.
From planning, to execution, analysis, consultancy and training across all channels.
They have their own tech and work exclusively with large enterprise clients, they work truly in partnership with their clients transforming them.
Exciting bits:
* They've just won a very big well known client against strong competition due to how great the tech and service is on offer
* It's not a cold hard new business role but instead a relationship focused sales role
* They get many inbound RFPs
* They have great clients onboard like Pepsico and American Express
* You'll be the lead BD but with loads of support from the rest of the company, selling across EMEA and in many cases globally
* You'll be attending and hosting many events round tables ect
* Great comms plan, uncapped commission
Role
- This is a relationship building highly consultative sales role selling to large advertisers
- Run and manage the pitch process including RFI/RFPs from start to finish
- Working closely with partners, intermediaries and 3rd parties to to get RFPs
- Work very closely with internal stake holders
- Be the lead BD in the company
- Run and go to events, breakfasts ect
Requirements:
- Ideally you have been selling media/marketing agency services to large advertisers (think FTSE 250 brands)
- Alternatively you've sold ad tech and multi channel to clients direct
- Good knowledge of programmatic (and the wider ad tech space) and other channels ie search marketing ect
- Strategic, relationship focused story telling sales approach
- Can get into the office 2-3 days a week
