Business Development Director - Mobile AdTech - Negotiable - Hamburg/Fully Remote (Can be based anywhere in Europe)

 

Sphere Digital Recruitment have partnered with a fast-growing global mobile Ad Tech company! They are the leading provider of premium mobile programmatic advertising solutions for large app publishers and their services include yield management and SDK integrations.

They have offices across Europe in cities such as Hamburg, Paris and London and their main client base consists of some of the world's largest app publishers and media companies.

They are now looking for someone to join them either in their Hamburg office or in a full-time remote position (work from anywhere in Europe) as a Business Development Director!

 

The Job

As Business Development Director, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing, leading and mentoring the global Business Development team.

  • Defining strategic and commercial goals and key objectives for the team, as well making sales projections and forecasting revenue

  • Being actively involved as an Individual Contributor, including building and expanding commercial relationships with the company's partners, publishers and agencies

  • Developing and managing strategic partnerships with top App publishers, media companies and developers on a global scale, in order to drive business growth in the mobile ecosystem

  • Creating strategies to expand the company's presence in the market, overseeing growth of projects and researching emerging trends in the mobile industry

 

You

  • You speak English on a business-fluent level (any additional languages are a plus)
  • You have at least 2 years of experience building and managing a high performing team
  • You have at least 8 years of experience in an Individual Contributor Sales/Business
  • Development/Partnerships role within the Mobile Advertising, App or Gaming industry
  • You have an established network and existing relationships within the AdTech, Mobile or Gaming sector
  • * A strong understanding of the Mobile Advertising and Gaming ecosystem is required
  • * Willingness to travel regularly
