NYC/Chicago- Hybrid

The Company

My client is a leader in the Programmatic Exchange and SSP space working with some of the best in the business, completely Omnichannel.

With a very established name in the market, offices worldwide and headquarters in the USA they really are major players in the AD Tech space.

They need someone with a strong knowledge of Ad Tech Programmatic and good strategic/project management experience ready to work their TOP key accounts!

The Role

As Client Partner some of your responsibilities include:

  • Taking ownership of the financial performance of the agencies under your management and ensuring they meet all revenue targets
  • Serving as the day-to-day point of contact for all business between the company and its key agency partners, providing solutions to all problems and answers to all questions.
  • Managing partnership lifecycle for existing agencies: performance against partnership terms, contracts, renewals, and other admin.
  • Developing and delivering high-value information sessions with each agency
  • Firmly establishing the company as a top programmatic supply partner for each agency under management


  • 6-10 years of experience in digital media, ideally at an advertising agency or AdTech company
  • Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally
  • Understanding of the programmatic landscape plus the ability to describe technical or complicated ideas in plain language
  • Experience working at a major advertising agency or in a role servicing agency
  • Proven ability to build relationships at the C-level across the business both internally and externally with market reputation
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ambitious and driven self-starter with great agency contacts
  • Good knowledge of Programmatic and ideally exchanges
  • Ideally, you'll have over 2 years Ad Tech sales experience
  • A knowledge of RTB, DSPs, Ad Exchanges
