The Job

As the Client Service Account Director your responsibilities will include:

• Take ultimate responsibility for the account and client relationship
• Lead and manage the account team ensuring excellence in delivery
• Encourage an environment of creativity, pushing yourself, your clients and your team to go beyond the obvious
• Develop strategic acquisition and retention marketing plans to drive growth and maximise immediate and long-term ROI.

You will have

• A proven track record delivering excellence
• Experience working with leading consumer brands
• Previous experience managing senior clients providing best in class account handling, problem solving and relationship building
• An ability to think strategically about marketing challenges, whatever the brief, audience or channel
