The Job

As the Client Service Account Director, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading client engagement and build strong relationships and trust with clients
  • Focusing on strategy to promote the long-term growth of the clients you are working with
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple specialist teams and agency partners to deliver the best outcome
  • Working on new business pitches to acquire ambitious clients for the agency
  • Working in collaboration with the Project Director and team members in driving exceptional client service
  • Growing revenue across all the accounts

You

  • Have a proven experience in client management and good at building client relationships
  • Strong communicator and presenter that can simplify the digital world to client
  • Experience in working at senior stakeholder level
  • Experience in running client management processes from proposal through scope of work and then billing and reconciliation
  • Good knowledge of key digital media channels and SEO
  • Good commercial and up to date awareness
  • Have strong organization and prioritization skills
