As the Client Services Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with other key departments to create compelling deliverables to not only demonstrate campaign performance, but also provide opportunities to up-sell customers
- Playing a large role with the creative build process of deliverables, working closely with the studio team
- Developing and applying great project management skills by supporting work-flows for a fast-growing team
- Independence to lead custom projects, while being focused on meeting milestones
- A strong ability to have internal collaboration with nearly every single department
- Have 3-4+ years in client management at an Agency, Tech Vendor, Ad Tech Company, or Publisher, in client service, customer success, or account management role
- Be excellent with organisation and project management skills
- Constantly be curious and an initiative taker with a problem-solving mindset and positive attitude
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, and Confluence. Trello is a plus!
- Strong attention to detail and an understanding of applying good time management skills
- Eager and willing to work in a fast-paced environment with an ability to adapt to change
