The company is a leading worldwide SaaS company looking to grow and expand their Berlin Office.
Rapidly growing unicorn business who controls brand experiences across the digital universe throughout the whole customer journey.
As a Client Success Manager, you will be managing and developing relationships with enterprise clients in the DACH region and growing their spend with the company
They are a global company with 12 offices, they have a huge worldwide presence and have over 1,000 employees
- Establish consultative relationships with the largest enterprise accounts within the DACH region
- Transition new clients into the company seamlessly and create consistent process across all clients
- Understand client business goals and anticipate future needs to deliver optimal solutions
- Be managing new businesses and onboarding them but also driving upsell opportunities into the company’s existing client base
- 2+ years of experience in Digital/Technology Account Management/Customer Success
- Excellent written and conversational English and business fluency in German language if not native.
- Leading client service and relationship building skills
- Be Revenue focused, but also have experience in on-boarding clients, implementation and integration experience
