The Job:
As a Commercial Account Manager your responsibilities will include:
• Commercial AM Manage the existing business pipeline of priority accounts, maintaining and tracking performance in the company’s CRM platform
• Act as the primary contact to develop strong client relationships
• Retain accounts and look for new opportunities to grow and upsell
• Identify client pain points, understand their products, services and business goals
You:
- 6 months + experience potentially in a commercial role focused on managing accounts or new business
- Background can be from either an ad tech vendor, agency, affiliate, or performance marketing company
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Preferably an understanding of affiliates/ email marketing space
- Excellent interpersonal skills
