Consultant (Econometrician) - Marketing & Advertising Agency - Up to £55k

As a Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

• Be an inspiring role model for the Marketing Science Team; set clear direction and expectations for your team to ensure smooth delivery and high-quality standards
• Responsibility for project management, covering from milestones planning to smooth delivery
• Day to day coaching and development of junior analysts working on your projects, line management responsibility and the professional and technical development of more junior team members
• Ensure all output is technically excellent and addresses all of the client issues - including the ones they may not have articulated fully, that all output is fit for purpose, consistent and accurate
• Develop strong relationships across agency contacts and clients, acting as an expert in your field.
• Identify new opportunities within clients and work with senior team members to develop these, together with fee proposals for new work
• Contribute to the development of new solutions and analytical approaches

You

• Experience delivering econometrics and marketing science projects
• A collaborative and confident team player with demonstrable experience contributing to driving marketing effectiveness
• Strong presenter with the ability to tell engaging stories with data
• Professional, collaborative and confident individual who is bright, diligent, enthusiastic, proactive and able to use their own initiative
• Solutions focused, forward thinking and exceptionally organised
• Excellent use of a mix of R, SQL, Python, Excel, PowerPoint, R Shiny, Tableau.
• Proven manager who creates cohesive, motivated and effective teams
• Client focused and comfortable in an agency environment
• Hungry for creating something new and making a mark
