Sphere have recently partnered with one of the biggest online e-commerce car marketplace company worldwide. This is a billion-dollar company which has become a model for any other online automobile website around the globe.

With online shopping being at its peak in the current world we live in, it was only a matter of time until purchasing and selling cars would become possible from your computer. To continue the growth they are having as an e-commerce car marketplace, they are looking for an experienced content specialist to lead they're team of content digital marketers.

The role is based in Munich, but can be filled remotely by anyone based in Europe. Prior experience of 5-8 years' experience is required within B2C Marketing, and native or fluent in German is a MUST!

Responsibilities:

• Strategizing and coordinating the content creation process alongside the team you are leading and externally via freelancers and agencies
• Making sure the content adjusts to the companies style, ethos, tone of voice and brand guidelines
• Review and improve the content written by other members in the team
• Build relationships with stakeholders in CRM, Organic (SEO) to
• Setting quarterly goals and objectives for the team in order to hit Content KPI's
• Leading the team to produce great engagement from customers on social media and web content
• Review the performance of campaigns and engagement to interpret data and implement changes

Essential experience:

• Five to eight years minimum experience within content in digital marketing, as well as experience managing a successful team
• Native or Fluent German
• An entrepreneurial mentality who enjoys being part of a fast-paced, ever changing industry
• Evidence of providing strong content results in the past
• Attention to detail, solid communication skill and a creative and curious mindset
• A data-driven leader, capable of interpreting data and implementing changes when needed
