€350 per day

German-based role (preferably Berlin)

3-month contract (with the potential to extend)

Can work remotely provided you are based in Germany

My client is a leading marketing agency looking for an Influence Account Director to work on a leading alcohol brand. The role is remote, however, you will need to speak fluent German and have an understanding of the German influencer market. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals and contribute to the success of a top-tier brand.
The Role

• Ensure smooth production of influencer marketing campaigns
• Manage budgets and a team
• Lead, develop and empower team to produce high-quality work
• Strong culture based on quality, innovation, collaboration, and integrity
• Manage, grow, and train team of account handlers and clients
• Develop relationships with senior clients and grow accounts creatively and financially
• Plan and oversee work and output on assigned accounts
• Input to new business pitches
• Plan and forecast for team and accounts
• Negotiate contracts and fees with marketing directors and client procurement personnel
• Manage work, performance, and professional development of team members
• Report key financial and team data to senior leadership, finance, and HR departments
• Maintain awareness of relevant market trends and industry developments

You

• 1+ years’ experience as an Account Director/Influencer Marketing Manager
• Knowledge of the German influencer space
• Demonstrable social-first approach
• Significant experience in client relationship management
• Excellent attention to detail, high client satisfaction, process implementation, financial management, and excellent written and oral communication skills
• You must be a native/fluent German speaker
