- End-to-end management of CRM campaigns from development to execution - management of dynamic campaigns, reporting & analysis, proof reading
- Working across direct channels: email, direct mail, SMS and push notifications
- Ensure that all direct communications are customer-centric, personalised and meet commercial and brand objectives.
- 2 - 3 years email marketing experience
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Intermediate Excel
- Basic HTML understanding
- Data management and targeting
- Ideally worked in retail previously
