CRM Manager – 2 months initially - £305pd (inside IR35) - London/Hybrid
This is an opportunity for an Email Marketing Manager with strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience to join a large events business for an initial 2 month period (likely to extend, the last person who started in this role stayed for 9 months). This role is to start asap and ideally working 2 days (minimum 1) in their central London office. This is a key role involving hands on CRM as well as a lot of stakeholder management. For this role it is important to have substantial experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and have worked on multiple journeys and have experience using data flows to build these journeys.
The Job:
• Mapping out email journeys
• Email campaign creation
• Building segmented paths
• Working closely with copywriters, designer and PMs
• Analyse campaign performance
You:
• Must have strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Good Analytics knowledge
• Basic HTML understanding (ability to edit)
• Previously used analytical tools
• Able to work to tight deadlines
