As the CRM Manager, you will oversee the delivery of the company CRM strategy across email and push marketing through automation. You will support the strategy development and some exhaustion that will deliver on the channel’s revenue targets and drive growth.
- Oversee execution of CRM strategy
- Manage a CRM Executive to deliver email and push communications
- Manage complex campaign delivery
- Launch new automated personalised CRM campaigns through Salesforce
- Measure performance of CRM channels
- Be the main point of contact for ESP to ensure the adoption of new technology
- Use a test and learn approach to new digital marketing initiatives
- Experience working with an automation platform
- Extensive experience in an analytical CRM role
- Experience planning, building and executing complex testing programs
- Experience working in an international business and large database
