Sphere Digital have partnered with a travel business who are looking for a CRM Strategy Manager to join their team on a 3 month contractual basis starting ASAP with a view to extend.
Our partners are looking for an individual who has previous experience executing the complete customer life cycle journey within fast paced businesses. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimising CRM triggered campaigns. They will also have strong analytic skills.
The role will be starting immediately in January 2020, so can not look at candidates who are in current roles with notice periods.
- Executing the CRM strategy
- Planning the complete customer lifecycle journey
- Optimising the CRM triggered campaigns
- Looking at how the team can do things differently
- Delivering the customer strategy
- Developing the delivery of campaigns
- Implementing new processes to improve efficiency
- Delivering commercial goals
- Supporting the wider team to grow revenue
- Monitoring and reporting on CRM campaigns
- CRM strategy experience
- Experience within Travel
- Immediately available to start in 2020
- At least 2 years experience within a similar position
