Sphere Digital are proud to be working with one of the most interesting and high demand mobile app companies in the UK. The brand is showing huge growth and due to popular demand and huge customer acquisition we now need a customer analyst to work on complex and interesting analytical solutions.
- Providing analysis on customer engagement and customer evaluation
- Using, you will give the business data driven insight which will be directly translated at a strategic level
- Use SQL to code and query the database in order to derive insights for the company and focus on the 'why' behind the data to derive insight
- Understand how data sets can influence key decision making in order to drive revenue for the business
- Help devise strategy for customer retention and acquisition strategies
- You will be trained on Python/R and learn more statistical modelling
- You will be a part of advanced analytics work i.e modelling and personalization
- Proficient in SQL
- Maths or analytics related degree (e.g. stats, ops research, economics)
- An understanding of wider tools such as R (desirable)
- Comfortable engaging and presenting to stakeholders
- Good knowledge of customer engagement relating to analytics and the wider business questions
- Desire to learn and develop
