The Company
New opportunity Data & Analytics Manager opportunity at a healthy lifestyle inspired athletic apparel company who are investing heavily into building out their data function.
This new, exciting role will lead the customer analytics function supporting the Email and Loyalty teams to define journeys across our customer segments and deliver data-driven strategies to increase customer loyalty and drive sales.
You will enable the development of CRM initiatives, unlock customer reporting in the region and support with cross-functional customer insights.
The Job
- Lead the customer analytics, marketing measurement and reporting function
- Apply analytics and data science algorithms to customer data and marketing data to drive more meaningful customer experiences, marketing efficiency, and strategic insights
- Build tracking, reporting, and ad hoc analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing channels and campaigns
- Lead the vision and roadmap for consumer analytics identifying opportunities for sharing customer insights
- Support regional teams such as Ecommerce, CRM, Brand and Marketing with analysis requests
You
- Strong proficiency with SQL and modern BI tool (PowerBI / Tableau) and visualization best practices
- Line management or mentoring experience
- Retail/Ecommerce experience would be a bonus
