Sphere have partnered with a B2B software company specialising in customer care solutions. Their patented technology is reinventing the way blue chip companies deal with customer service requests and has won numerous awards. They have blue chip clients in Europe and the US and are currently preparing for their second round of funding.
The Customer Success Consultant will project manage the deployment of the software for new accounts and help problem solve any issues by working with internal sales and technical teams. Fluency in English is essential.
- Manage and develop a portfolio of client accounts across various industries
- Project manage the deployment of the software
- Run reports and provide analysis to help clients optimise the software for their use
- Problem solve any issues, with assistance from the sales and technical teams
- Provide an excellent standard of client care
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar customer success, account management or project management role
- Experience working with large accounts and blue chip clients
- Excellent consulting and presentation skills
- Strong problem solving ability
- Fluency in English is essential
