Customer Success Director

Salary - £70k - £85k + Bonus

Our client, a leader in consumer forecasting, is looking for a Customer Success Director to help guide their clients in predicting future trends. Using their cutting-edge ai platform, you'll be responsible for driving insight-led strategies and transforming data into actionable results. You'll join a talented, diverse team that thrives on collaboration and accountability, working to provide deep commercial impact for clients. Used by 200 + global brands for their marketing strategies induing the likes of British Airways, Disney, Adidas, Samsung, Sony, IKEA + many more

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement strategies to maximize client engagement with the platform.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with senior users to ensure optimal platform utilization.
  • Track success by increasing platform usage, client satisfaction, and expanding license agreements.
  • Lead onboarding sessions to turn clients into power users of the platform.
  • Align client goals with platform capabilities to ensure foresight-driven outcomes.
  • Identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities, offering compelling recommendations.
  • Play a key role in expanding the platform's footprint, driving growth in line with business targets.
  • Utilize client feedback and analytics to understand needs and refine the platform experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to identify trends in client behavior and suggest growth strategies.

Experience

  • You're passionate about helping clients succeed, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent communicator with a talent for explaining complex trends in an engaging way.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms and spotting opportunities for expansion.
  • Strategic, with a history of developing and implementing cross-company initiatives.
  • A natural relationship builder, comfortable engaging with clients at all levels.
  • Results-driven, with proven success in retention and growth, particularly in B2B and digital product environments.
  • Able to influence and drive results through collaboration with other teams
