Customer Success Executive – Virtual Reality Edtech SaaS Platform - £30,000-£40,000 + 20% bonus - London/Hybrid
The Company:
Founded in 2016, my client is a one of
a kind immersive edtech SaaS platform leveraging Virtual Reality and AI to
deliver effective and scalable soft skills training. They have worked with some
leading education and government contracts across the UK and US on topics such
as Leadership, Communication, Interview Skills and Race training.
They are backed with government funding
to provide revolutionary training and have seen 1200% year-on-year growth, with
great success in winning lots of new business across the education, government
and private sectors.
They are currently a business of 20
people and are looking to bring in their 3rd Customer Success
hire, to support their Lead CSM in working with their clients to onboard, demo,
train and level up their platform usage.
The Role:
As a Customer Success Executive, you will:
- Maintain a self-starter attitude while managing our inbound leads
- Nurture and close leads in your pipeline
- Anticipate needs by studying services and conducting market
research to identify new leads
- Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and
determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward
- Collaborate with sales teams by bringing innovative lead generation
ideas to each weekly meeting
What you need:
- Flawless communication skills, both written and oral
- Commercial experience where you’ve proven that you can build
relationships
- Working knowledge of the immersive learning market or the ability
to learn new
software quickly - Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive
team member
- Curiosity and knowledge of sales tools
- Proven work experience where you can demonstrate your skills
