About the company
Founded just a couple years ago, this Seed funded business are making waves in the Programmatic and Measurement space to become already major players.
With some great funding and incredible backers, they have hired some very impressive staff to support their US growth which has doubled in size this year and is expected to do the same next year!
This role will have you working remotely but from the Chicago region to build on their success in the MidWest as they rapidly expand.
You'll be managing their most enterprise accounts, be responsible for a Junior CS person to train and mentor, and work directly with the Head of CS and Head of Sales in the MidWest!
The Role
As a Customer Success Lead, you will:
- Manage the biggest and best clients they have in the Mid West and West Coast of Advertisers
- Be responsible for campaign performance, success, retention and growth in the role.
- Be responsible for a junior CS person in the team to develop them
- Educate your clients on the tech best practices, ensuring success!
You
- Experience working in Customer Success or Account Management for 4-8 years ideally
- You can come from an Agency, Ad Tech Vendor, DSP or Media Owner.
- You'll have Programmatic experience, either trading, planning or working in a programmatic environment
- Some understanding of Ad Verification or Ad Safety, and knowledge of these partners such as DoubleVerify and IAS
- Have worked either with, or for, agencies in Chicago or the West Coast.
- Passionate, ambitious and driven to join a rapidly expanding and high flying start up
- Must have some Verification or Measurement experience in Ad Tech to apply!
