The Need:
- A Customer Success Lead - Managing small Customer Success & Support teams

The Job

  • Managing the CS team
  • Plan for growth in the team
  • Assess and configure the Support team
  • Link the two teams to work in harmony
  • Work closely with senior management to continue to define the team's role in overall business objectives


You 

  • Directly Lead CS & Support teams - Supported by metrics and methodology
  • Worked well with Senior management, implementing and improving process where required
  • Been a proven people manager/mentor!
  • Managed whilst still being hands-on
