Responsibilities:

  • Ignite engagement and drive adoption across your portfolio of clients, unleashing their financial potential and ensuring their ongoing success.
  • Consult with clients to align our platform with their business and well-being strategies, enabling them to achieve their goals.
  • Forge strong partnerships with key client contacts, creating an atmosphere of trust and collaboration.
  • Inspire clients through data-driven insights and recommendations shared in Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Fuel our growth by curating client satisfaction feedback, showcasing impactful case studies, and securing referrals.
  • Identify exciting upselling opportunities within your client portfolio, expanding their engagement with our unique offerings.
  • Maximize the power of our platform features to effectively communicate and deliver rewards and well-being initiatives.
  • Become an expert on our platform, delivering captivating training demonstrations that leave clients amazed.
  • Collaborate closely with our Product and Support teams, harnessing user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Fuel your success with 1-3 years of experience in B2B Client Management or Client Success roles.

  • Leverage your hands-on experience with CRM platforms to achieve outstanding results.
